My registration code isn't being accepted!

If your password is not being accepted it's almost always because you didn't type it exactly. The best way to clear this is:

  1. Select the registration field
  2. Hit cmd-a to select the text
  3. Hit backspace to empty it out
  4. Carefully copy the reg code from your original email making sure to just capture the reg code
  5. Paste it in
