I lost my Registration Code, how do I recover it?

To retrieve lost license codes you need to go to two spots and fill out a form --- There are two different choices because it depends on how you purchased (so if you know for sure you only need fill in one)

1. http://store.esellerate.net/support
2. https://store.loghound.com/store/lost_license

You will need the email you used to register the program -- All of your esellerate and loghound purchase serial numbers will be resent to you.

If you are unfortunate enough to have lost your registration code and you you changed your email address we will need to manually fix it. In this case please email support@loghound.com and say "I lost my reg code AND I changed emails" -- Please provide both your original email as well as the new one and your full name.
