Welcome to Loghound.com’s Tender. This is the home of all support for Loghound.com products include RapidWeaver plugins (Lockdown, RapidBlog, FaqMaker, Sitemap, Pluskit & RapidFlickr), iPhone apps (Notablemeals, MovieFlick & DreamApp) and Mac apps (PictSync).

You can search our knowledge base articles, browse public discussions, or create a new discussion if you’re having trouble.

If you take the time to create an account, you’ll be able to post private discussions (that only yourself and our support team can see) and track your existing discussions. However, if you don’t want to create an account, you can still create a public discussion in our discussion area.

Of course you can always email Loghound Support and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! It really doesn't matter which method we use, they all go into the same queue for getting back to you.
Please note that this a support system not a discussion forum -- We tend to answer questions and then 'close them' not because we want to hinder anyone but to keep our support inbox clean!
